Watson’s On The Water was formed by Brad “Spook” and Michelle Watson in 2018. Brad’s quality BBQ was born in the Bootheel, perfected in Springfield, and is now available in Shell Knob. Michelle’s love for the perfect BBQ sauce was born in Kansas City, MO, and is now practiced in Shell Knob.
The Watsons are permanent residents of Shell Knob. Table Rock Lake has a special meaning in their lives, as they met on the water, married on the water, and now work together on the water!
