HOMER SLOAN BUDDY BASS TOURNAMENT

The Homer Sloan Buddy Bass Tournament is the longest running, continuously held open bass tournament on Table Rock Lake. Started in 1980, the tourney is named for Homer Sloan, one of the original organizers. For 45 years, the Homer Sloan Buddy Bass Tournament has attracted anglers of varying skills to enjoy the fun, camaraderie, and competition of this well-run event.

The tournament is a successful fundraiser for the Shell Knob community. The last several years, the event has been sponsored and organized by the Shell Knob Chamber of Commerce. Take-off order and tie-breaking are determined by the order in which entries are received, so fill out and mail your entry right away.

Enjoy a good day of fishing, dinner, and prizes at the Homer Sloan Buddy Bass Tournament. An optional pre-tournament is held on Friday, October 4th from 7:30-12:00 at The King’s River Marina. See you on beautiful Table Rock Lake.
